Empaveli
Empaveli (pegcetacoplan) is a complement inhibitor that’s approved for the treatment of adults with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH). It’s given by subcutaneous (under-the-skin) injection and can be self-administered.
Fabhalta
Fabhalta (iptacopan) is an oral therapy approved in the U.S. for adults with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH), including those previously treated and those who have not received any prior treatment.
PiaSky
PiaSky (crovalimab-akkz) is an injectable therapy approved in the U.S. for certain adults and adolescents aged 13 and older with PNH. It is approved for people who are new to complement inhibitor treatment as well as those switching from another complement inhibitor.
Soliris
Soliris (eculizumab) is a monoclonal antibody that works to reduce the destruction of red blood cells in people with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH). It was the first therapy approved to lessen blood cell destruction, a process known as hemolysis, in patients with PNH.
Ultomiris
Ultomiris (ravulizumab-cwvz) is a complement inhibitor that’s approved for the treatment of adults and children with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH). It’s given by an into-the-vein (intravenous) infusion or an under-the-skin (subcutaneous) injection.
Voydeya
Voydeya (danicopan) is an oral medication that’s approved as an add-on treatment to Ultomiris (ravulizumab) or Soliris (eculizumab) to help treat red blood cell destruction occurring outside blood vessels in adults with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH).
